Years ago, Bella meets two guys at the same time: Edward and Riley, who are best friends and both are Navy SEALs.   Bella is engaged to Riley when he gets killed and the story starts about 6 months after Riley's death.  Edward is shocked to learn that Bella... well I probably shouldn't say, don't want to ruin the surprise for you.

There is some sad scenes, especially toward the end.
