The LibreOffice is not a browser, it is an alternative word processing program. Like the OpenOffice program is an alternative to MS Office, this LibreOffice is another alternative.

April 11th, 2011 -- The login area for story and review submission has been disabled while we resolve an issue which has cropped up in the last 24 hours. A recent software upgrade is causing stability problems and we are working to have all the systems back online as quickly as possible.
