No, you are right. As has happened many times before, the movie is veering away from the way the book is...I guess we will have to wait and see what happens ( I'm sure that Stephanie would put a stop to it if it was too far fetched since her hand is still on the wheel).Robbin in VA >You know, I find that my fathers advice of reading the book before seeing the movie, seems to not work with the twilight saga. Maybe it's because, dispite adults reading the books too, that this is considered a YA book. Whereas the books he read, were adult. Not with the sex but with the deep subject. Like the abyss he loved it but read the book first.I believe I would have enjoyed Twilight the movie more (except for that one scene I crank about) if I hadn't read the book first. The book spoiled it for me because it was better. Course, if I hadn't read New Moon or Eclipse, I wouldn't have been warned away from seeing the movies. I seriously think if I did go to either one, I would walk out because I'm that sensitive to Bella's feelings---and overly sensitive to some stuff from Eclipse because of my past. But that's just me---not you guys. And I'm so glad that no one here says you have to see them. If it's going to upset somebody, it's not a good thing, right. Besides, I know what happens up to the point of Breaking dawn, which I will see, but on DVD. Would be too overwhelming on the screen for me. : )Hope that makes some sense. And hope I didn't insult anybody. Prolific Peggy..
