I almost didn't read this one because the summary made it sound super sad, but I really like this author and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did.
Bella is taken to an ER after she tries to commit suicide and Edward is her doctor. Edward has a young son named Jackson and Alice is the live-in nanny who has a traumatized past of her own. Tanya is his wife, who abandoned Edward and Jackson shortly after the child was born. Jasper is Bella's therapist.
