After awhile Edward takes Bella to meet his parents and because of a bad past experience of her own, his mother is worried that Bella is only after Edward for his money. Bella did not know Edward is from a wealthy family when they met. When attending an auction at his parents? house, Tanya is there and tells Bella how she is better for Edward than Bella is.
