Re: [BellaAndEdward] Bella's white ring

well like you said her mom jumped from one thing to another so it could be stuff her mom bought her.
+ the whole turquoise stuff she is from AZ so it would make sense  that she had some of the stuff.

Subject: [BellaAndEdward] Bella's white ring

In the books, Bella is described as 'no muss, no fuss". She only has one skirt and she doesn't bother with makeup or her hair, a simple ponytail or clip is good enough for her.

In the movie, she's a little different. Granted, it's a movie so everything is visual and they have to make it visually appealing. In the books, it is never mentioned about her wearing any jewelry. But in the movies, she wears some bracelets and a white ring.

One of the bracelets is turquoise. Saome has speculated that other is turquoise jewels, but the merchandise says that it is a wooden bracelet with pictures of ST JUDE.

This strikes me as very odd. Not once, anywhere in the books does it even hint at Bella being religious at all. Which made me think that some pieces done intentionally and some were grabbed at random.

Like the turquoise bracelet, Bella is from Arizona. So that makes sense. What do you think that the ring is made from? I can't find it is TWILIGHT merchandise. Are we sure that it is a moonstone?

Her mother is very eclectic and kinda flaky, jumping from one fad to another. So her mom getting her a moonstone ring also makes sense.

What do you think?
