Re: [BellaAndEdward] Bella's white ring

The funny thing about the "All Saint's" bracelet that Bella wears is that it was purchased by Catherine Hardwicke for $2.00 at the Venice Boardwalk...
She stated in the "Twilight" Director's Notebook, that both she and Kristen Stewart wore their bracelets EVERY "Shoot" day, and that you can see it on Bella's wrist in all but "3" scenes...

My husband purchased the same bracelet for me while he was in Italy during the month of October (2009)...

And if you Google this particular piece of Jewelry, you will come up with many pictures of other stars who also wear this bracelet, although for NO "Religious" purpose, but just for ornamental or sentimental reasons...
Luv ya!
Tracy

Subject: [BellaAndEdward] Bella's white ring

In the books, Bella is described as 'no muss, no fuss". She only has one skirt and she doesn't bother with makeup or her hair, a simple ponytail or clip is good enough for her.

In the movie, she's a little different. Granted, it's a movie so everything is visual and they have to make it visually appealing. In the books, it is never mentioned about her wearing any jewelry. But in the movies, she wears some bracelets and a white ring.

One of the bracelets is turquoise. Saome has speculated that other is turquoise jewels, but the merchandise says that it is a wooden bracelet with pictures of ST JUDE.

This strikes me as very odd. Not once, anywhere in the books does it even hint at Bella being religious at all. Which made me think that some pieces done intentionally and some were grabbed at random.

Like the turquoise bracelet, Bella is from Arizona. So that makes sense. What do you think that the ring is made from? I can't find it is TWILIGHT merchandise. Are we sure that it is a moonstone?

Her mother is very eclectic and kinda flaky, jumping from one fad to another. So her mom getting her a moonstone ring also makes sense.

What do you think?
