I might be mistaken, but that looks like a scar of some sort on Rob's upper hip. That or he got hit with a BB Gun ( notice the little red mark?). Anyway to these old eyes ( I admit I'm old especially when you have to wear reading glasses WITH the contacts just to read the gosh darned computer screen ;p) it looks like a scar or BB gun mark but I could be mistaken.
