Question -- is the story DEAD CONFEDERATES actually set during the Civil War, or is the name just a coincidence?

Okay so these are my favorite fics that I am recommending to anyone who wants to read them. I ask that if any of these stories are not your kind of thing (we all have different tastes in stories) please just stop reading...please do NOTsend any negative feedback to the list or the author. It is such a brave thing to publish a story like this and I believe we all need to respect and cherish our authors. The wonderful thing about a fandom as big as ours is that there are so many stories to experience and you can choose which ones best fit you.
